Thorndale is a not-for-profit charity that provides accommodation, community participation and employment for people with intellectual disabilityand a range of packaging and assembly services for businesses. Our philosophy is based on the belief that people with intellectual disability deserve the same opportunities as the rest of the community. Thorndale’s role is to provide social, creative and employment opportunities that have real meaning for those we support. We strongly support the concept and practice of social inclusion and individual choice. We believe that we have a responsibility to contribute to social change that engages people with intellectual disability in all aspects of life.
