Thornton Realty

Thornton Realty is a real estate company in Long Beach California. My mother started Thornton Realty in 1985, and I have been a Realtor since 1985. In 1998, I got my broker's license and became Thornton Realty in 1998. I had a store front office for many years, but the industry has changed since I started. People used to come to the office to sign paperwork, now they want to do it by email or in their homes. Through my Chamber of Commerce membership, I do have access to a conference room for meetings, if needed. I now work from my home by appointment with clients. My first listing in 1985 was an apartment house that was owner occupied. In my career, I have assisted my clients in purchasing and selling properties priced from $50,000 to $5,100,000. I have represented buyers, sellers,in transactions involving houses, condominiums, own-your-own apartments, stock cooperatives (co-ops), commercial land and apartment houses.
