Thoroughbred Capital is a partnership between a passionate entrepreneur and an experienced group of investors with a single goal in mind- acquire a business and continue the seller's legacy. Its Principal, Grant Todd, has always aspired to buy and run a company. To that end, he has raised capital and assembled a board of directors with decades of experience in acquiring, operating, and growing businesses. We are not a private equity firm or strategic buyer that will gut a seller's business or reinvent the wheel. We're looking for an owner that's ready to move on to the next chapter of his/her life and wants to put the company in good hands for the long term.
