Welcome to Three Counties Spirits Co.
We create small batch craft spirits without all the usual bull$h!t and just focus on the quality and flavour of the liquid because that's what really matters. We don't have a fancy bottle or shiny label but we do have delicious spirits created by our former chef now distiller.
We only use fantastic whole ingredients. Nothing comes out of a little white bottle covered in "e" numbers. Our flavours are from the very thing we say they are and our darker spirits are sometimes helped with some real caramel. Caramel made from burning sugar, who knew?!
Our core range of Landlocked Rums launched in August 2023 and focus on delivering a solid, three dimensional base distillate that goes into our whole range. We introduced our own cold brew coffee liqueur, Veloura, in early 2024. We wanted to create a coffee liqueur that actually tasted of coffee. More recently we launched a gin made from our rum but it's such a micro batch product it's not worth talking about.
We're growing into a multi spirt hub, challenging the norm in an industry stuck in it's ways, with flavour and quality.
