About As a consultant with extensive medical affairs experience, I have facilitated companies such as Pfizer, GSK, and others, scale through medical affairs, non-market strategy & systemic insights. ✔️ Helped a big pharma company with their transition to the off-patent market for several of their former blockbuster molecules. In one case, this resulted in a 50 million Euro surplus revenue. ✔️ A pharma company was switching from a contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) to building an entire commercial structure. Helped this client with setting up medical affairs, KOL mapping and KOL engagement from scratch, such that they could have 2 successful product launches as a new player in an important market, and this within 9 months. ✔️ Accelerating a design thinking innovation project covering a rare disease - by matching a well-known design thinking firm, and a biotech start-up from San Francisco, with medical key-opinion-leaders (KOLs) in Europe. This project turned out to be critical for positioning and market access in these European markets. ✔️ Helped a big pharma company successfully win 2 major (4 year long) regional/national tenders for their pediatric vaccines - and this mainly thanks to Real World Data (RWE). ✔️ Launched 10+ products. ✔️ Guided a medical device company towards the re-design of a medical device such that they could capture a new emerging and unexplored market worldwide. 🔹 What needs impact in your organization ?
