Three Stone – the Chambers of John McDonnell Q.C. – represents a merger of two well-known Chancery-Commercial Chambers in Lincoln’s Inn: Thirteen Old Square Chambers and 3 Stone Buildings.
We believe that the combined team of Clerks who manage our practices is second to none.
We provide specialist advocacy and advisory services to the exacting standards of the modern Chancery Bar in all the traditional areas of land, companies, partnership, insolvency, trusts and estates, charity and intellectual property.
We also undertake commercial and banking cases, judicial review and tax cases; and two members specialise in public international law.
Members appear regularly before Courts outside England and Wales including those of Hong Kong, the Caribbean jurisdictions, Ireland (North and South) and the Isle of Man. Two members are qualified in New York.
