Porridge with a Purpose. Two high-school best friends looking to end hunger for the 1 in 8 Aussie kids going to school hungry. Our solution is social enterprise- we cook up clever porridge creations and sell them at farmers markets and to socially conscious businesses, using the newly founded home.one micro-cafe as a home base opening in October 2017. We donate our profits to Eat Up that deliver lunches to over 134 schools across Victoria. By partnering with Eat Up we are aiming to increase the scalability of their model and also increase the nutritional value of the food that they provide.
