Thriva is a gap-year experience for the 21st century. We are re-inventing higher education, helping young people to thrive - in work + life. Thriva combines 2 key elements: 1. 21st century curriculum: an innovative personal + professional development course ("life" and "work" skills) 2. Real-world experience: a placement with an exciting startup or SME The programme has a net cost of £0, with Thrivers paying as they earn. (Versus £44k graduate debt - and rising) Our host businesses benefit from being matched with a young person showing potential, who we help develop with the entrepreneurial soft skills which lead to long-term success.
