At Thrive, we are committed to supporting young people with diverse needs to pursue their career dreams—whether that involves entering the world of work or continuing into further and higher education. Our mission is to inspire, empower, and connect young people by providing tailored resources, skill-building opportunities, and direct engagement with employers who value diversity and inclusivity. We understand that diverse needs encompass a wide range of challenges, including living in poverty, lacking emotional or social support, having Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND), disengaging from or struggling within the education system, missing English and/or Maths passes at GCSE level, or being at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). Through our carefully designed careers programme, Thrive provides young people with accessible and practical information about potential career pathways. We focus on building their confidence and equipping them with skills that prepare them for the future. By collaborating with forward-thinking employers, we also create meaningful opportunities for young people to connect with organisations that actively champion inclusivity and diversity in their workplaces. At Thrive, we believe that every young person deserves the chance to fulfil their potential, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our work ensures they have the tools, knowledge, and opportunities to succeed in whichever path they choose to take.
