We understand that diverse needs encompass a wide range of challenges, including living in poverty, lacking emotional or social support, having Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND), disengaging from or struggling within the education system, missing English and/or Maths passes at GCSE level, or being at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).
Through our carefully designed careers programme, Thrive provides young people with accessible and practical information about potential career pathways. We focus on building their confidence and equipping them with skills that prepare them for the future.
