Thrive was founded in 2020 out of the urgency to help organizations in need. We are recent graduates from leading European universities who want to empower young talents to create lasting impact and (re)initiate growth for companies. Our goal is to create powerful opportunities for all stakeholders involved to ensure lasting connections and impact. We want to support companies facing general business challenges, and also those specifically affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. We aim to rethink the status quo with the help of young talents who offer new perspectives on complex business matters. We strive to provide a platform where we match young talents with companies looking for answers in their daily business. Simultaneously, young talents will have the unique opportunity to work on meaningful projects and also broaden their network.
