Calling all FEMALE Accounting Professionals!!! This is a platform for women in accounting rolls from Controller to Bookkeeper who want to THRIVE 9 to 5. Women with goals who want to be seen and heard and recognized for their skills, their knowledge, and their dedication. The accounting department is the heart in any size company with challenges and triumphs that only we see. We are demanding yet the company cannot operate without us. Our work life can be fulfilling or soul-sucking. It can be dream making or toxic turmoil. We have all had that boss from h.e.l.l. or the boss that makes us better; or we are one of those bosses. How does your team view you? What would they say about you? Are you their villain or hero? It's time to take a look at where you are and ask if you are serving yourself and others they way you should be. Where ever you are in your career of accounting, you belong here. Whether it's 5 years or 50, you belong here. Whether you are entry level without some education or in senior management with 10 degrees, you belong here.
