The Thriving Gut Microbiome Action Group (NFP) aims to cultivate healthier individuals and communities by focusing on the pivotal role of the gut microbiome in health and disease. Leveraging the interdependent nature of Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, Stress and Environment (SENSE), the initiative aims to use the microbiome as a central point for prevention, treatment, and resilience against various health issues, including chronic diseases. This integrated approach to healthcare brings together stakeholders from Medical Practitioners, Academia, Government, Industry, and the Community to conduct interdisciplinary research, foster innovation, encourage collaboration, and promote education. By doing so, Thriving Gut aligns with the broader Public Health goals and represents a proactive step towards a more effective and economically sustainable healthcare system. We offer a variety of services including 7-Day Microbiome Boosts, 4-Week Reboots, training, PTSD workshops, certification pathways, focus groups, and 1:1 coaching.
