The mission of Thriving is to use exercise expertise to improve the physical and mental health outcomes of kids & young people who face unique challenges. * Exercise Expertise - individual and group programs to improve the physical and mental health of kids and young people with unique challenges * Education - specialised courses for young people, families and adults including Mental Health First Aid and associated training seminars and professional development opportunities for allied health professionals * Special initiatives and research In order to achieve this we aim to: Improve physical and mental health outcomes through evidence-based exercise programs for kids & young people Increase family, community and health professional knowledge of exercise and it's role in health Provide & support opportunities for all kids & young people to experience a positive exercise environment
