ThruThink

ThruThink.com is a cloud-based business modeling platform whereby the User enters their data for a business or deal. It is designed as a projection and planning tool and produces a Deal Score and Evaluation to help interpret what the numbers mean. ThruThink will lay out the standard Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow statements for each year of the the User defined projection period. The User will be able to analyze profit margins, debt structure and equity arrangements and explore if the business or deal is really worth the risk and what success might look like. Will cash run out or is success just around the corner? The founder of ThruThink, Chuck Hoyt has over 30 years experience dealing with challenging business issues thru his management consulting practice. From lessons learned thru these challenges, ThruThink was born. With ThruThink, the User can start off with a simple Quick Deal for a simplified look at the basics of a deal. The User can then add on to a project with an increasing level of detail about sales growth over the chosen time horizon, cost of goods sold, gross profit margins, general operating expense, a vast assortment of debt options including warrants, performance earn out, capital expenditures and exit strategy options. Using ThruThink, an analysis of the acquisition or sale of a portion of the business can be made. To the business owner, this can illustrate the benefit of bringing on an investor and to the investor, this could illustrate how their capital will interact with a new sales and operating strategy. ThruThink makes analyzing a business, an acquisition or real estate deal possible for non numbers people, but for those who enjoy the numbers it will become an "adventure into the heart of the deal".
