THRYVE, LLC. was founded and established by CEO, Crystal Rozelle-Bennett on May 20, 2014. As the product of an abusive and neglectful childhood, Crystal knows first-hand the struggles that childhood trauma poses. She vowed to never be a victim and identifies as a self-proclaimed THRYVER! Crystal has committed her life to empowering youth and educating those around them in order to produce better outcomes for youth, families and communities.
Crystal is a dynamic speaker and passionate leader who specializes in youth development and trauma informed care. She pulls knowledge from her personal and professional milieus and has no problem getting in the trenches to make an impact.
She is a wife, a mother, a mentor and has over 20 years working with youth and families from marginalized communities. After being a survivor of childhood sexual abuse for so long she realized that "surviving isn't enough, it's time to thrive!".
Crystal is available for consultation, trainings, presentations and group facilitation as well as curriculum development to promote youth empowerment, improve trauma informed practices and help you improve your strategies for positive youth development.
