ThumbsUp is a real-time feedback management system designed for customer-facing locations from restaurants and cafés to malls and other customer service points. It runs on a small device with a built-in camera and screen, making it easy to install anywhere. It’s quick and touchless for customers to give feedback by simply showing a hand gesture — even while moving. In just 3 seconds, the system detects the gesture and converts it into a score from 0 to 100. Facial recognition ensures that the same person cannot vote repeatedly, and employees at the service location are automatically prevented from voting.the system can track when employees arrive and leave the workplace, helping monitor attendance without the need for separate check-in systems.՛ Business owners can register employees, set their work hours, manage multiple devices across different locations, and assign dashboard access to managers for specific services or devices. Managers have similar capabilities but limited only to the employees and devices assigned to them. Through their dashboards, managers can view performance, manage employee information, and adjust work hours for their assigned workers, while business owners have full control and access to all employees and statistics. This data helps identify which employees are performing well and which ones need improvement.
