Thumbs Up is a positive psychology based project where we like to explore the subject of happiness in very particular ways. We don't like "Positivity". Our training programs are not "happiness friendly"...but we are happiness advocates. We talk about happiness related subjects in a more "wholesome" way so that you can understand that not everything that is “positive” will necessarily lead to happiness.
