Thunder Crew (GC Student Section)

The Georgia College community is increasingly becoming a more cohesive and spirited footprint in the state’s higher education environment. A large part of our increase in tradition and ethos is rooted in our winning Athletics department and players – of whom are winners on and off the field. Thunder Crew’s purpose, as a student group of Georgia College’s most spirited Bobcats, is to increase awareness, assist in event programming, and be the living energy at all home athletic events. Throughout the course of history, there have been sports fans, spectators, and enthusiasts. Over time, these individuals have set the bar for what level fans of all shapes and sizes should reach when they are truly cheering for their favorite team. While the fans support their teams, they are not just gaining personal satisfaction through watching their favorite team play, but they are also enriching school spirit. As a members of The Thunder Crew, we pledge to elevate school spirit and rejuvenate a sense of Bobcat pride.
