For over fifteen years, we helped agencies of different shapes and sizes find and win new business. But eventually, clients found that our contacts, new business know-how and marketing savvy could also be leveraged to recruit the industry’s best talent.
Since transitioning from a business development boutique to a recruiting firm in 2013, we’ve been able to help clients:
Drive efficiency. Instead of filling clients’ in-boxes with dozens of candidates, we present only a handful of well-qualified professionals. This lowers time-to-fill and internal cost-per-hire.
Improve retention. Last we checked, 84% of the candidates we’ve placed are still with their respective agencies.
Embrace diversity. In one assignment, over 28% of our hires were diverse. Today, diversity recruiting has become something of a specialty.
