I am on a mission to empower women to feel confident and healthy, both physically and mentally. Having struggled with my appearance and confidence for much of my life, I understand the challenges many women face. I once believed that losing weight was the key to feeling confident, but I discovered that true confidence comes from a balanced mindset and a healthy relationship with oneself. With this newfound understanding, I transformed my life and now dedicate myself to helping other women do the same. Through 1-1 coaching, I offer comprehensive guidance in movement, nutrition, and mindset. My approach is not about quick fixes or fad diets, but about sustainable, long-term changes that focus on true well-being and self-love.
