Thy Whisky is a Danish organic distillery, with the distinct terroir of our family estate. We use grain grown only at our fields to shape our whiskies and spirits – malted, mashed and distilled at the estate. Aiming for quality, not conformity we follow the maturation of every single cask closely and bottle our whiskies as limited editions only.
