Tiara Capital is a quantitative trading firm specializing in machine learning and systematic models for commodities, founded by Alena Kykalova Brynjolfsson. Tiara's core focus is the development and implementation of machine learning and data-driven trading strategies in the futures markets. Our research focuses on advanced quantitative methods to navigate the complexities of commodities trading. Alena's trading experience, fundamental market insight and quantitative background enables her to build out a proprietary market approach that has been continuously tested in the market. Alena has more than 17 years of experience in portfolio management and proprietary strategy development. She has an extensive track record in commodities and cross asset trading. Prior to Tiara Capital, Alena worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Koch Industries. Previously held positions in portfolio management and trading included J.P. Morgan Chase and G2 Trading (former RBC Proprietary Group). Alena received a Bachelor’s degree from University of Pennsylvania in Mathematics and Economics. Since its inception, Tiara Capital has gained recognition in the industry, including features in the Wall Street Journal.
