Tiara Kids

Tiara Kids is a children's charity dedicated to improving child health from. Founded by Mrs. Aparna Guhan Shyam in 2012, Tiara Kids is now in its 12th year of operations, having enabled over 1000 families from underprivileged backgrounds to receive state-of-the-art healthcare for their children. Initially focusing on children with Haemophilia and Cancer, Tiara Kids has broadened its scope to include various pediatric specialties including Congenital Heart Defects and life-saving intensive care for Newborns. In 2023, Tiara Kids launched its flagship project, Samhita, a patient-centered rehabilitation center providing multispecialty primary care for children with developmental delays and disabilities. This center, a collaboration between Tiara Kids and Fetal Care Research Foundation (FCRF) is located at Voluntary Health Services (VHS) in Taramani, Chennai. It offers holistic care for children from middle and low socio-economic backgrounds with developmental delays and disabilities delivered by a dedicated team of medical and paramedical experts. Today, our support is available in 15 renowned hospitals across 5 cities namely Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Trichy and Madurai. Tiara Kids' vision is to achieve health equity for all children across India by fostering partnerships and taking evidence-based action. Tiara Kids is actively working to build a brighter future for children nationwide. Tiara Kids has received several awards prestigious awards including the Mahatma Award, Bhartiya Nari Ratna Award and Indian Achiever's Awards.
