The Tibr software revolutionises the project costing and management process, bringing efficiency and speed to project costing and management. Originating from a proprietary system I developed during my time at a Bristol-based fit-out company, this software has since been transformed into an advanced web platform. Its core strength is 'Fast Quoting'. This feature facilitates immediate quotations through an intuitive questionnaire interface, drastically shortening the traditional 2-3 week wait time to as little as 30 minutes, depending on the project's intricacy. This also allows complex quotes to be created accurately by inexperienced users as they simply need to ‘answer the questions’ and the software will create the itemised quote. Transitioning from a quote to an active project is also seamless. The software allows for the immediate conversion of quotes into projects, transferring all necessary details. From there, users can issue purchase orders with robust cost control – no purchase order can exceed the set budget for an item without necessary authorisations. Additionally, the software manages and tracks project variations, and the real-time project summary page offers a bird's-eye view of every project's progress and profitability.
