The Investment Company (TIC) creates unique, luxury accommodations in several countries, including the Netherlands, Germany, Curaçao and Scandinavia. Our projects are distinguished by their characteristic architecture, small scale and quiet location amidst beautiful surroundings. Besides our leisure projects our developers are involved in various other projects, both in the residential and care sectors. TIC is uniquely capable of overseeing the entire development process, from concepting and drawing up the business case to implementation and ultimately transfer to operational management.
