We are a specialized group of mental health professionals whose vision is to provide the highest quality in-person counselling and online trauma therapy to those seeking to improve their lives and relationships.
Our team is trained in a number of evidence-based treatments such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Somatic Experiencing (SE) for trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and other difficulties. In addition to individual counselling with adults, our trauma therapists work with youth, couples and families, whether in-person or online.
We are passionate about helping people find the right counsellor for their unique difficulties, preferences and goals. That's why we set up new clients with free consultation calls so they can assess whether the recommended therapist is right for them. We believe that no one should book a first session without feeling comfortable with and confident in a therapist who is equipped to help them create the life they want.
