Tidewater Homes was established in 2014 by three natives of Jacksonville, Florida who combined have over fifty years of knowledge and experience in the home building and construction industries. As the founders, it was our desire to take that knowledge, experience and the principles acquired through our careers to create a company formed on the foundations of honesty, quality and great customer service. We strive everyday to make the homebuilding experience an enjoyable one.

We are intimately involved in every phase of each plan design and the result is a home that you can be very proud to own. Our design philosophy carries over to our home customization program as well. Because we aren’t bound by the rigidity that the large homebuilders are, we can offer you upgrades and customization beyond what they can.
