And it does it in two ways, on the one hand; Tribuapp helps companies to monetize their empty spaces, whether they are private offices, meeting rooms or shared space areas. And on the other, it is reinventing the way landlords manage their offices by getting more revenue and faster leasing by transforming their assets into coworking spaces.
