Tier 1 Leader was founded with the vision of helping people worldwide unlock their potential and achieve their individual, team, and business goals. It became clear to us, throughout our experience coaching some of the top leaders in business, government, and nonprofits, that despite access to extensive resources and knowledge, many leaders were still struggling and feeling isolated. We very quickly realized what was lacking: Leadership Coaching that was both impactful and convenient, that would result in significant personal and professional growth.
We set out to design a solution and, as a result, the Tier 1 Leader Program was developed.
