TiES team is a team of young professionals with a fresh look on education and personal development. We have a rich and diverse international expertise in non-formal education, coaching and design thinking. TiES was founded on 22nd of February 2014 in Minsk, Belarus. Since that time we've: - made dozens of open workshops in Universities, Startup Hubs, Conferences, - worked with experts and coaches from the UK, USA, Australia, Greece, Cyprus, Latvia. We divide SOFT SKILLS on 4 main categories and provide skills trainings accordingly: 1. Communication Skills 2. Creativity & Problem Solving 3. Productivity 4. Presentation Skills 5. Leadership We do not read lectures, but help to train and develop skills needed for a successful career and professional realisation.
