TIFEO is an innovative start-up (according to the Italian Legislative Decree 179/2012) born in 2018 from the synergistic union between academic competence and multi-disciplinary entrepreneurial innovation knowledge.
The company can leverage to high competences in the energy and mechanical engineering, aiming to penetrate the energy market with innovative and high technological value products.
In addition, TIFEO srl aims providing consultancy for research, education and training services in the energy and mechanical engineering.
Tifeo is the exclusive licensee of a recent near-worldwide patent of a thermodynamic cycle and related plant enabled by two-phase fluids machines, i.e. PATENT WO2017158511 (2017-09-21).
In order to research, design, construct and experiment the first-of-its-kind lab-scale of this technology, TIFEO srl promoted the Horizon 2020 EU project “REGEN-BY-2“, which was recently funded (https://www.unipi.it/index.php/risultati-e-prodotti/item/17577-regen-by-2).
