Tiger Precision Products (TPP) manufactures products for the defense, aerospace, and automotive industries using a variety of processes. Core competencies include carbon fiber composite parts for the mobile satellite communications industry, especially manpack terminals. TPP’s primary composite parts process is resin-infusion of dry carbon fiber in a closed mold. We manufacture our own mold tooling to control cost, lead-time, and quality. The parts are molded net to eliminate secondary machining. Our other core competency is CNC machining. We supply machined metallic products to the mobile satellite communications industry, especially for novel terminals using electronic beam steering. Finally, we use both our carbon fiber composite and CNC machining expertise to manufacture parts for the automotive racing industry, especially partners in the Mooresville, NC area, known as “Race City, USA”.
