The Kipoi Copper Project is located approximately 70 kilometers north-northwest of Lubumbashi in the Katanga Province of the DRC. The Kipoi Mining License covers an area of approximately 50 square kilometers and contains over 10 kilometers long copper-cobalt mineralized segment of Upper Roan sediments. The Kipoi Copper project hosts over five copper deposits. The Lupoto Project has a surface area of approximately 140 square kilometers and is located over 10 kilometers to the south of the Kipoi Project area. The La Patience permit has an area of approximately 30 square kilometers and is located over 10 kilometers southeast of the Kipoi Project.
