Our directors bring to you over 30 years combined professional experience within the construction industry. Over the past 15 years, our experience has been specifically in the delivery of many successful industrial facilities ranging from 5,000 - 30,000m2 and also the delivery of multiple subdivision estates across Western Sydney. Having previously worked for a major industrial developer with an in-house construction division, we understand the many complexities involved in being both a developer and also as a principal head contractor builder. A little about us; - We are a high efficient low overhead company strategically established to provide savings back to our clients, yet deliver the highest quality end product and service. - Over the past 10 years, our industrial experience manifested from; o Full time on-site experience as Design and Construct Project Managers for the successful delivery of over 350,000m2 of industrial space across Sydney. o Working for leading industrial developer. o Working as head contractor builders. o Working as civil earthwork contractors (in both greenfield sites and difficult brownfield sites). o Coordinating and project managing early access on live construction sites for tenant fit out works whether it be bulk storage, logistics, temperature controlled or manufacturing. o Rectifying existing problematic and defective sites within the industry. - We have strong relationships and support from the industry’s best consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. - We implement thorough Work, Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems which meet the requirements of industry leaders. - We have extensive experience in the latest industrial concrete technology utilising fibre mesh, joint-less designs and the use of laser screeds to achieve high performance flat warehouse floors.
