Tillage Projects Pty Ltd ("Tillage") was incorporated in 2022 with the aim of seeking out and securing properties across regional Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne that can be transformed into estates for residential living. To ensure the integrity of each project, we manage total end-to-end delivery, from acquisition to handover to the purchasers. We oversee the project structuring and financing, town planning and development approvals, as well as the marketing and sales strategies. This ensures every project is cohesive and effective to ultimately achieve a profitable outcome for our investors.
