Tillingham is a mixed farm dating back to the 14th century, set on 70 acres of rolling hills, ancient woodland and pasture, with far-reaching views across the Tillingham River valley towards Rye and the sea beyond. Home to vineyards, fruit trees, rare breed livestock and a biodynamic kitchen garden, the farmstead has been thoughtfully restored to welcome visitors year-round. Our offering spans Eat, Stay, Tours & Events: Eat: A Michelin Green Star restaurant, a seasonal pizza barn, a wine-led bar and open-fire feasts. Stay: Eleven beautifully designed hotel rooms that invite guests to slow down and reconnect with the land. Tours: Guided wine tours and tastings led by our expert team, exploring our progressive approach to farming and winemaking. Events: From intimate weddings and creative workshops to monthly DJ nights and corporate retreats — we believe in bringing people together in memorable, meaningful ways.
