Many people have a vague idea of their goals and dreams, but have no idea how to get there. Others feel dissatisfied with life but don't know how to change things or which direction to go in. My role as a coach is to help you clarify what you want and need to live a more fulfilling life, set clear goals and guide you through each stage to ensure you achieve them. I use a variety of techniques including NLP to get to the root cause of what might be holding you back and clear up any limiting beliefs or unhelpful behavior patterns. I've helped many clients with a variety of different issues and goals including weight loss, lack of work life balance, low confidence, anxiety and career progression. I'm based in the West Midlands but also offer sessions over video call if you are outside the area.
