Lisa Thauvette is an international consultant, coach, and trainer who helps organizations build resilient, adaptable teams through joyful leadership and innovation. With over two decades of experience as a Montessori teacher, Head of School, and professional development leader, Lisa partners with Montessori schools to coach administrators and classroom guides in strengthening leadership practices, deepening team culture, and sustaining authentic Montessori environments. She is known for her supportive, insight-driven coaching style that helps educators align daily practice with big-picture vision. In addition to her work in education, Lisa consults with architects and designers to shape child-centered learning and play spaces that prioritize independence, exploration, and community. Her understanding of human development and collaborative environments informs every aspect of these partnerships. Lisa also brings these principles to the broader professional world through "Leading with Joy and Levity," a dynamic training program that applies the science of play and laughter to build team resilience, innovation, and shared leadership in corporate and nonprofit organizations.
