TiLT has developed innovative digital roleplay training that improves and measures workplace inclusivity within organisations. TiLT replaces ineffective, box-ticking type learning and costly, one-size-fits-all classroom training, offering a "learn by doing" approach rooted in cutting-edge social science research. TiLT focuses on shifting organisational norms by tilting our perspective of others and improving how we interact with each other. TILT's approach has proven effective, with over 90% of learners who complete follow-up surveys one month after training reporting positive changes in how they behave and interact with others. As part of the training players are assessed and measured and the anonymous data is aggregated to give organisations a granular view on diversity and inclusion performance and progression of employees.
