Tim Constructa d.o.o. was founded in 2012. as the legal successor of Dom Gradnja which has been open for business since 1994. The company was designed as a family business combining the synergy of youth, dynamism and power based on professional technical knowledge and experience in the field of construction activities.

- work execution under continuous supervision of construction engineer,
- collecting certificates and attests of the materials used
- final issuing of guarantees for works completed, including multi-year warranties.
