Shadow yoga is well suited to private tuition as the ethos of this school is to deal with each person as an individual, it does not employ a one size fits all approach. The class can be mild and focused on slowly building stamina and strength, easing the student towards a greater level of flexibility, or if appropriate, a more challenging and demanding class is taught. Ultimately the shadow yoga practice is a self practice with each person working their own individual asana sequence.
