In 1955, Fred and Evelyn Greenberg started Timber Ridge Camp in the beautiful Shenandoah Mountains of West Virginia. Their vision was to provide a place where children from around the country and world could have new, exciting and unique experiences in a safe and caring environment. With over 55 successful summers under the same family ownership, many camps have emulated our programming and look towards Timber Ridge as the
