TIME was created in 2009 by Henri de Bodinat and Jean-Luc Cyrot. TIME is run by three partners with strong digital and private equity expertise combined with industrial and entrepreneurial approaches; We responsibly support innovative and profitable companies in Europe at an inflection point of their development. Active on the European market, we seek out companies with an enterprise value between €15-€150m. We invest between €5-€15m of equity in each business and look for opportunities in all sector, with a focus on our core expertise: the digital sector.
