TIME caters specifically to the exerciser’s needs, making it an ideal addition to any facility’s onboarding journey - with a focus on inclusivity, community and well-being. TIME is delivered through inclusive, confidence-building small group classes, embracing a coaching approach over traditional instruction, providing a supportive and engaging exerciser experience.
