Timeless Leader

Timeless Leader is a project to introduce a new and better approach to leadership development with benefits to leaders, followers, organizations, and society a like. The first set of paid services are set to launch (in pilot) in August 2024. The ideal customer is an organization with 10-200 employees, five+ years of operating history, and facing increasing competitive pressure and needs to retain and upskill the workforce, but limited capacity within HR to guide a smooth transformation. Timeless Leadership is also a movement and seeks to provide free resources, research, and community for everyday leaders, everywhere. The key difference compared to other leadership-focused organizations? We're focused on the tension between being timeLESS (no time to even manage the status quo) and seeking TIMEless outcomes (lasting beyond our current time). Beginning with a Substack newsletter introduced in 2023, the content and resources we are building will span different mediums and experience.
