Timelock creates fully collateralized positions by borrowing idle tick liquidity from Uniswap V3 LPs which are non-liable(traders dont pay for losses and dont get liquidated even with extreme price swings) LPs are offered risk neutral exposure, with maximized capital efficiency and higher yields.
