THG Properties is a Twin Cities based commercial property management company specializing in hospitality management. THG currently owns and operates hotel properties in metro areas throughout the Upper Midwest. THG Properties was founded in 1994. Prior to its founding, the principal of the company (Greg Timm) owned and operated franchised hotel properties in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wyoming. Mr. Timm has been in the hospitality business for over 20 years and has been affiliated with over seven different hotel franchises.
