DRIVEN BY PASSION Artist, designer, wine geek and insufferable car fanatic. An artist from the moment he could make marks on paper (or walls) his Mum said he was born with a pencil in hand. His earliest years were spent drawing his matchbox and dinky cars on every scrap of paper he came across. Art was naturally in his blood and the obvious connection between art, design and the stunning shapes and liveries of cars, be it the magnificent and simple shape of a vintage VW Bug or red, white & blue of Martini Porsche’s epic paint work. Drawing soon became painting and Tim’s imagination never took a back seat. Soon he was exploring furniture design, metal sculpture and seeing the art & beauty in everything. The label on pasta to the rectal linear shapes in architecture, the unknown possibilities of beauty even in the mundane captured Tim’s imagination. From chairs to wine packaging, Tim’s eye for beauty grew from the mechanical and architectural, to wildlife and nature. The marriage of these worlds and the expression through Art & Design become an indelible part of Tim’s life and creative works. Today Tim splits his time between designing primarily for clients in the wine & spirits industry and his art.
