To me, there’s nothing better than helping someone become more self-aware and then using that awareness to actualize a better version of themselves to lead others. I lean on my education in Business Administration and my many years as a Strategic Communication Consultant to support and challenge my clients' beliefs, attitudes and behaviours. I’ve had the chance to work with all types of leaders and decision-makers which has given me the ability to provide alternative ways of seeing situations - most often with great results.
