Founded in 1925 by Robert Tincknell in Wells, Somerset, our family-run business has deep roots in supporting the local farming community. Originally focused on blacksmithing and agricultural machinery, we expanded in 1954 to include fuel distribution with the formation of Tincknell Fuels, serving Somerset and beyond.
Over the decades, our commitment to expert knowledge, heritage, and friendly customer service has remained strong. In 2024, we embraced the future by diversifying our offerings with Renewable Fuel (HVO), continuing to support our community with reliable, sustainable energy solutions across the Southwest.
